StaffHealth is proud to provide ExpressPAYTM, which allows providers to get paid daily for $2.50. Based on feedback concerning additional fees charged by our previous partner rapid! PayCard®, we've replaced rapid! with Branch to create a better ExpressPAYTM experience. We will now offer the Branch Wallet and Business Card*, a digital wallet backed by a fee-free business checking account and Mastercard business debit card that gives you easy ways to send, spend, and save your money.

Branch offers a digital wallet (Branch Wallet) and business debit card (Branch Business Card). The Branch Wallet is backed by an FDIC-insured, fee-free business checking account from Evolve Bank & Trust. A Branch Wallet is required to access ExpressPAYTM.

We're excited to make this transition, with the goal of having all providers using ExpressPAYTM to Branch by the end of April. New ExpressPAYTM payments will be made onto Branch starting Monday, May 1st.

How ExpressPAYTM works


  1. Clock-in and out on our timekeeping mobile App.

  2. Clock-in and out on the facility timeclock (if necessary).

  3. At the end of your shift, you must get your designated Charge Nurse to sign off on the hours that you have completed via a paper timesheet.

  4. Take a picture of the signed timesheet and text it to: 678-666-0466

  5. Once the timesheet is received, our team will take care of the rest, ensuring all verified shifts look as expected.

  6. Payment will be sent directly to your rapid! PayCard.

Branch offers a digital wallet (Branch Wallet) and business debit card (Branch Business Card). The Branch Wallet is backed by an FDIC-insured, fee-free business checking account from Evolve Bank & Trust. StaffHealth has partnered with Branch to offer ExpressPAYTM via the Branch Wallet.

You can spend funds from the Branch Wallet using your account and routing number; with your virtual card that can connect to Apple Pay / Google Pay or be used for online purchases; or through the Branch Business Card, a free Mastercard business debit card.

Once you've signed up for Branch, you'll automatically receive your ExpressPAYTM payments through the Branch Wallet starting May 1st.

 

The Branch Business Card is a free Mastercard debit card that you can use to spend funds from your Branch Wallet. You can order your personalized Branch Business Card by tapping Get Started once you agree to terms and complete your registration. The card should arrive at your home address within 7-10 business days. While you wait for the physical card to arrive, you can use your virtual card with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

Adding your Branch Card to Apple or Google Pay will allow you to make contactless purchases using your phone. To enable this feature, tap the 3 dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the Card Controls menu, then tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay. Follow the instructions from there and verify using the phone number on your account.

 

The Branch Business Card is a business debit card from Mastercard. As an independent contractor, you can hold up to $250,000 in your account. As long as you have the funds available in your account, you can spend $5,000 per day and up to $5,000 per transaction using your Branch Business Card. In addition, you can spend up to $30,000 per month. These limits apply to typical purchases, and do not include transfers out of your account or ATM withdrawals.

 

Click the The Move Funds option in the Wallet tab to transfer funds from your Branch Digital wallet to an external account. You can transfer funds instantly for a small fee by selecting the Debit Card option, or you can transfer funds for free using the Bank option. Free transfers process via ACH and take 3-5 business days.

  • The limit on instant debit card transfers is $1,000 per day.
  • The fee for instant transfers is $2.99 minimum, or 2% of the transfer amount.
  • The limit for free bank transfers is $5,000 per day, and no monthly limit applies.

 

Yes. Your Branch Wallet is a checking account, so you can set up direct deposits from other companies using your account and routing number which are displayed in the app after signing up.

 

Accordion ContentFree ATM access is available at Allpoint ATMs. The Allpoint Network allows Branch customers surcharge-free access to cash at over 55,000 locations. They're conveniently found in popular retailers — places you already know, love and shop every day. You can find your closest Allpoint ATM through the Move Funds menu in the app, or by clicking here.

 

The best way to pay your bills using your Branch Wallet online is to provide your debit card number to your biller. If your biller does not support getting paid via debit card, then you may provide your Branch Wallet account and routing number to them. Note: you should have the capability to pay manually via the biller website or set up auto pay.

 

 

If you believe your card is lost or stolen, we urge you to first lock the card. Open your Branch Wallet, tap the 3 dots on the upper right corner of the black debit card and tap Lock Card. From there, you can select to order a replacement card. A new personalized card will be shipped to your home address within 7-10 business days.
